Testimonials

"I was dealing with some lingering issues following having a broken back. After a few weeks of working with Steven I was able to go from struggling squatting with 225# on my back to being able to do 315# on meet day."

Luke Martin - Personal Trainer, Powerlifter, Bodybuilder

"Steven’s approach made all the difference: he was readily available to talk and always listened to my feedback to prescribe relevant exercises. Steven is the first physical therapist who has truly helped me make these improvements and get back to the activities I love, pain-free. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to overcome similar issues."

Jenna Allen - Cyclist, Lifter

"I was feeling apprehensive about adding new exercises.. as I had dealt with injuries in the past. Through working with Steven I was am able to approach my training with more confidence. If you struggle with a history of injury and want to combine training with rehabilitation, Steven will be able to work with you to build up your confidence and strength."

Devon - Lifter, Recreational Athlete (Hiking, Skiing)

“Steven helped me with a recurring back injury and was able to provide guidance, support, and information to help me recover. I went from being afraid to lift weights again to having confidence and breaking personal bests by 20+ lbs in only a few months. He catered his services to my needs and is respectful, professional, kind, and skilled.”

Patrick - Lifter

Steve is without a doubt, the one you should hire. I was skeptical when I first met him at a fitness event. We had a great conversation. I signed up for a full evaluation so at least I had information I wanted. His professionalism, wide breadth of knowledge in many areas, his warmth and enthusiasm is why I hired him instantly. I have been working with him for months now. Steve holds me accountable, keeps me on track with my goals, encourages me during my setbacks and communicates regularly so I stay the course. I’ve seen huge improvements and growth in a short amount of time. I feel privileged to be his client and I hope more people take advantage of his skills. Plus he’s an incredible human and we need more of those in our lives. Hire him!!

FAQs

  • No. Dobson Strength does not take insurance for a couple of reasons.

    1. We remain limited by the traditional healthcare model if we take insurance.

    2. By being "Cash Pay" I am able to provide you with a much more personalized approach. We can address multiple issues, communicate consistently (not just within the confines of a 30 minute visit), and this allows real-time updates.

  • I am able to do this for in-person, specific physical therapy processes. I am able to provide you with a superbill if your insurance questions the charge.

  • Absolutely! I am able to provide remote services to anyone, anywhere. (As long as you have internet access!)

  • Heck no! I serve individuals who want to remain healthy and consider any previous injuries whilst training for specific performance goals.
